Both of these commissions were for Steve Pillarella, my 14th & 15th for him, respectively. They also share the common trait of being on 8.5X11 sheets of paper with the actual images being smaller. I inked my 4th Supergirl over my premiere Mark Texeira sketch with mostly brush and some marker. I inked my 1st Marvel Girl over my sophomore Randy Green job with mostly markers and a smidgen of brush plus some drybrush. I couldn’t do anything too fancy in the background like gray washes, zip-a-tone, spatter, etc. because of the thin paper which was actually crinkling from my minimal hand warmth & moisture! I knocked off these two beauties on 11/16/2007.
