This commission is my 2nd Supergirl, my 16th for Michael, and my 4th Adrian job. While only on a 1-ply board I was sur- prised to see that it was accepting of pen or quill use which would be more appro- priate to use in inking this style of art. On my past Adrian commissions I would sim- ulate the pen look with markers because the board would bleed with pens. So for this piece I made the rare effort of inking the majority of it with my Hunt 102 nibs and the rest with markers but no brush. I made a slight alteration in the art as req- uested and I finished this 11 X 17 image on 11/3/06.
