(above) Keron Grant's pencils
For those keeping track, this was my 16th job for Damon, his 3rd request for a Golden-age character, and my 1st crack at Keron. Damon asked me to downplay Citizen V's pointy elbow and although it was inexplicably later erased by Keron I decided to add in the upper portion of the smoke on the right because I thought that it'd be better defined that way. The 11 X 17 commission was inked with brush and markers and completed on 6/4/04.
